My Value

I've been a start-up/mid-stage entrepreneurial, corporate marketing executive for over 30 years in San Francisco, CA.  Transitioning to a business-owner in 2023 by successfully opening an inclusive wine bar in Sacramento, CA.

 

I have been passionate about building and scaling small business from day one.  This passion comes from 30+ years of working in the small/mid-size business space.  Successfully building collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Marketing - that I call the 'three-legged stool'.  Over the years, I've discovered all successful orgs maintained strength in all three categories. 

I'm a data-driven revenue marketer with an engineering mindset.  I love helping small to mid-sized organizations scale revenue growth through repeatable and scalable marketing processes. 

My successes include:

  • Implementing Lead-to-Sales operational processes that increased qualified Opportunities by 60%

  • Increased social followers by 650% within 7 months thru unique creative processes

  • Building marketing programs that increased sales leads by 53% within 6 months

  • Consistently generating revenue to cover all operational costs from day one of opening my wine bar

  • Increasing marketing attribution to revenue by 60% within 12 months

  • Effectively working as a project manager to run a marketing consulting firm and open a wine bar, handling construction and city requirements simultaneously

  • Optimizing SDR efficiency from 1x to 3x within six months

As a result, I became well versed in the pains, needs, objectives of business owners, making me an empathetic and valuable partner/guide.  I didn't realize how unique that interest and skill was until I started consulting and seeing the consistent challenges.  I vowed to create a process to help fix the issues stop the frustrations and losses that plague small businesses.
