My Value

I have been passionate about the revenue-driving side of marketing from day one.  This passion comes from the collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Marketing - that I call the 'three-legged stool'.  Over the years, I've discovered all successful orgs had a solid partnership between the three departments. 

I'm a data-driven revenue marketer with an engineering mindset.  I love helping small to mid-sized organizations scale revenue growth through repeatable and scalable marketing programs. 

My successes include:

  • Implementing Lead-to-Sales operational processes that decreased disqualified Opportunities by 40%

  • Building integrated demand gen programs that increased MQLs by 53% within six months

  • Increasing marketing attribution to revenue from 30% to 90% within 12 months

  • Optimizing SDR efficiency from 1x to 3x within six months

As a result, I became well versed in the pains, needs, objectives of Sales and Ops so I could be a valuable partner to them.  I didn't realize how unique that interest and skill was until I started consulting and seeing the consistent disconnect between the three groups.  I vowed to create a process to Fix the issues and bring the teams together.
